Once you have already conditioned the body to do simple exercise steps, then you can gradually increase intensity to the intermediate level.
For beginners when doing a work out, a warm up exercise should be done first to warm and stretch the muscles. You can do warm up on a treadmill for at least 5 minutes or you can do brisk walking for 5- 10 minutes. Then you can start doing your other exercises like 3 sets biceps curls, 3 sets of dumbbell front raises, 3 sets bent knee hip raises, and 3 sets of planking. You can do at least 10-14 repetitions in every exercise. After all the exercises are done, you can start your cool down exercise for 5 minutes such as breathing exercises to end working out. You can do the exercises daily yet it is better to do it in the morning.
There are lots of benefits that you can get if you work out daily. When working out, one must know what kind of foods to eat especially if you want to maintain a healthy muscle mass yet eliminate excess fats. Mostly fruits, vegetables, and foods high in protein are recommended but choose lean protein meat. It is best to start exercising as soon as possible to avoid any disease that may cause risk to our health.
